By attending this 3-day PMO workshop, you will learn how to set up and build an effective Project Management Office (PMO). This course is meant to help the project management team define an effective approach and establish an effective strategy in setting up their PMO. PMOs are of many types and can go through various stages in their development life cycle. This course emphasizes and proposes an effective approach to successfully implement a PMO taking into consideration many underlying components.

In today’s project driven economy, businesses are increasingly struggling to juggle project delivery targets with profit margins.
