Work Performance Data are initial measurements and details about activities gathered during project work (executing). During controlling, these work performance data are analysed to make sure they conform to the project management plan and to assess what they mean for the project as a whole; the result is known as work performance information. This work performance information can then be organized into work performance reports, which are distributed to the various stakeholders who need to receive and possibly act on the information; these reports are an output of the Monitor and Control Project Work.
