A Clearer Way to Review the Course

Organizations continuously introduce changes to systems, processes, technologies, structures, and ways of working. While these initiatives aim to improve performance, their success depends on how effectively people understand, respond to, and adopt change.

Change Management Fundamentals is a practical one-day workshop designed to help professionals understand the human side of organizational change and develop the skills to manage personal transitions and support colleagues.

Participants explore how people respond to uncertainty, why resistance occurs, and how established change management frameworks support successful adoption.

The course introduces practical tools for managing stress, adapting workplace habits, understanding the impact of AI and automation, and supporting others through change.

Through guided reflection, group discussions, realistic workplace scenarios, and practical exercises, participants develop a Personal Change Plan for applying their learning.
