The executing process refers to any specific point during the activity or project as a whole in which the act of executing takes place, and the predetermined processes of getting to that point of accomplishing this action successfully. This process group is made up of all processes performed in the act of moving to a completed state the all work that has been described in the scope of work within the project management plan with the ultimate endpoint of this being to execute and accomplish all of the predetermined objectives. The executing process is something that can be determined at the outset of a project and then applied subsequently to all succeeding project phases or activities. However, it is also understood that the executing process may be modified if the processes that were previously established are no longer adequate either due to new project specs, new project objectives, or a new time element to consider.
