Collection of Information

Cancellation of Attendance for Classroom & Online Classroom Training by a Registered Attendee

Cancellation Date Amount Of Refund
Within 3 days from the date of payment made *
*This will be void if the training date falls anywhere between 0-14 days of the training event
100% refund
15 days or more prior to a training event THB 7000 (equivalent to local currency) processing fee will be deducted
In between 0-14 days to a training event No Refund
If Project Victor cancels the scheduled training We will reschedule the training at no extra cost / 100% Refund

The terms and conditions of our Rescheduling Policy are as follows:

Rescheduling of a Training Event by Project Victor

Project Victor reserves the right to reschedule the date and time of a training program.
In case Project Victor reschedules/postpones a training event, the options available to a registered attendee are:

Rescheduling by a Registered Attendee

If due to unforeseen reasons, a registered attendee wishes to reschedule/postpone his or her attendance to a future date, rescheduling fees will be charged as mentioned below.

The rescheduled course should be within a three-month period from the date of the original class.
Please note that any request to attend an upcoming course as part of the rescheduling arrangement should be sent at least 7 days prior to commencement of the upcoming course.

Rescheduling Procedure

The request must be sent via email from the email address used to register on our website ww.projectvictor.com to buy the course.
Please mail rescheduling or refund requests to info@projectvictor.com.

Please state the date of purchase, name of the course and purchase receipt details like order ID and transaction ID in the email.

Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability of seats.
