Requested Change

As the project life cycle gets underway, there are inevitably going to be a number of instances in which something may be done in a way which is either incorrect or merely ends up being in congruent with the way in which things need to be done, possibly doe to some sort of a change that was implemented at the administrative and or organizational level. In such instances as this, it is often the case that the project management team and or the project management team leader may need to make some number of changes to the way that things are being run. In this case the project management team and or the project management team leader may submit this change request via a formal written document that is referred to as the requested change. In these instances, the requested change will then be forwarded through the project change review process, typically referred to within the project area as the project’s integrated change control process.
