A Clearer Way to Review the Course

Decision Quality for Teams is a practical two-day classroom workshop for teams that need to make better decisions under uncertainty. Participants learn a structured Decision Quality process and apply it to realistic business and project decisions rather than only discussing theory.

Across two days, participants work through the six elements of Decision Quality: a clear frame, creative and viable alternatives, reliable information, explicit values and trade-offs, sound reasoning, and commitment to action.

The workshop is hands-on. Teams complete templates and exercises, develop alternatives, examine assumptions and uncertainties, evaluate decisions against explicit criteria, and build a structured Decision Quality package that can be explained to stakeholders.

  • Business analysts, engineers, technical specialists, and functional professionals who prepare recommendations.
