From standards to outcomes
Project Victor represents a group of project management experts, consultants, and certified Project Management Professionals focused on providing project management training and consulting services to companies in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
We chose the name Project Victor because we believe a great Project Manager is key to project success at any firm. Unless a Project Manager and team members are properly trained and become familiar with recognized standards and frameworks, it remains difficult for an organization to apply a consistent methodology across its projects.
A great Project Manager learns from experience and applies recommended techniques and standards when initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects. But completing a project on schedule and within budget is not the only marker of success: stakeholder satisfaction, quality, and risk also matter.
That is the gap Project Victor training is built to close: combining recognized standards with the judgment to apply them well, in a Thai and Southeast Asian business context.
