New Certification Exam Score Report Will Provide More Guidance to Exam Takers

In order to provide certification exam candidates with a better experience and give them more information and tools to succeed, PMI is launching an enhanced Certification Exam Score Report. Where previous score reports just provided pass/fail notification and one of three proficiency ratings for each section (domain) of the exam, the new report will provide: 

• A detailed and visual explanation of how well the candidate did on the exam,
• An explanation of the results,
• Help and guidance on what to do next.

PMI will update and release all certification reports within 2017 as per the schedule below:

Candidates will also receive more detailed information on each domain of the exam and more customized tips on what do next on the Continuing Certification Requirements System (CCRS).

For those who fail, it will help them better prepare to retake the test; for those who pass, it will help guide their professional development.PMP-New-Exam-Report

The new report and information pages on the Continuing Certification Requirements System (CCRS) will be issued to anyone taking the PMI-PBA®, PfMP® or PgMP® certification exam on or after April 28, 2017 and will be rolled out for the remaining certifications over the next few months, ending with the PMP® on 28 August, 2017.
