During the process of project management, the project management team and or the project management team leader may seek out a number of sellers and or purveyors for the project and or for particular aspects of the project to provide them with some information of sorts. The means by which the project management team and or the project management team leader will tend to solicit this information from the seller or purveyor via an item called the process of requesting seller responses, known as the request seller responses process. This specific project management process consists of the process of requesting and or obtaining information. This information can consist of any type of information such as proposals, quotations, estimates, and various types of updates, offers, and any means of bids or bidding results. This request for seller responses is typically conducted in the form of a written request via electronic mail, traditional mail, and or fax.
