When attempting to budget the totality of time that is both available and necessary when it comes to the timing of the project and all of its components, often times it is important to do a careful analysis pf the concise and discreet scheduled components of work that are available to be performed over the entire course of the respective project. This is referred to, specifically, as a schedule activity. These particular schedule activities typically have an estimated cost, an estimated duration, and also, a determination as to estimated need and or requirements of resources. Schedule activities tend to be connected to other schedule activities is within a given project or to scheduling milestones within a given project via the use of logical relationships. Additionally, schedule activities tend to be the composed from preexisting work packages. Schedule activities can be determined in their entirety at the onset of the project or they can be added and or modified at the conclusion of the project.
